2008 Pinot Noir, Saralee's Vineyard

Saralee’s Vineyard, in the heart of the Russian River Valley 12 Pinot Noir clones, from 777, 115 to 4 were night harvested bringing the fruit in chilled. This perfect setup for a few days of cold soaking of the de-stemmed fruit. The 2007 vintage proudly shows dark fruits, black cherry, Santa Rosa plum with additional bright layers of cranberry and integrated aromas of the 40% new French Oak.
