We present our “Golden Hen”,nothing else would satisfy our cocky Rooster! The resulting complex wine delivers a rich, less fruit forward, sophisticated coee and cola with bright undertones of lively spices and well integrated smokey oak aromas from 30% new French Oak barrels.
